Ordering
You can easily order affordable products at Bravo! Bargains. By clicking on the "Add to cart" button, the desired product will be added to your shopping cart. You will immediately see an overview of your shopping cart and you can decide to checkout or continue shopping.
Checkout
At the top right you will find your shopping cart. Here you can view and change the products. You can also checkout here. On the checkout page, fill in your information and choose your preferred payment method. After your order has been placed, we will keep you informed of the status.
Stock
Products that are not in stock cannot be ordered at this time. If you have ordered a product that later turns out to be out of stock, you will hear from us as soon as possible. Would you like to order a product that is currently out of stock? If you leave your details, you will receive an email from us as soon as the product is available again. If a product is no longer available, we will always help you with a suitable alternative.
Shipping costs
Shipping within the USA is always FREE for all average sized products. For (very) large packages, you may need to pay shipping costs if indicated.
Delivery time
We always do everything we can to deliver your order to your home as quickly as possible. Normally you will receive your order within 6-8 business days. In exceptional cases of extreme crowds or disruptions in the delivery service, or with exceptionally large packages, the delivery time may be longer.
At Bravo! Bargains you can choose which payment method you want to use. Paying with PayPal is by far the easiest. You can pay directly when ordering by using your PayPal account. Payment by credit card (popular cards supported) and Apply Pay is also possible.
It is, of course, very annoying if your order arrives broken. Unfortunately this happens once in a while. If this is the case, please send photos of the damaged product to: customerservice@bravobargains.com. Once we have received the photos, we will look for a suitable solution.
If your Track and Trace code indicates that the package has been delivered, but you have not received anything, please first ask your neighbors. If your neighbors have not received anything either, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp +31 6 1353 6870 (Mon. to Fri. 9 AM to 12 PM EST) or send an email to customerservice@bravobargains.com.
When you place an order at Bravo! Bargains, you will receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order. If you need a tax invoice, please let our customer service know by sending an email to customerservice@bravobargains.com.

Returning products to Bravo! Bargains is no problem, provided one of the following conditions is met:
Receiving the wrong product
Once you have received the order, it is important you always check whether the delivered product matches the product you ordered from Bravo! Bargains. In the unlikely event that we have sent the wrong product, please contact us. This must be done within 3 business days after you have received product. We will then send you the correct product as soon as possible, if in stock. You will receive a free shipping label from us for returning incorrectly delivered products.
Not receiving the order at all
If you have not received the order, you must report this to our customer service within 3 business days after the promised delivery date. Our customer service will investigate the reason for this and solve this by either tracing the package with the delivery service, or sending it again, if in stock.
Receiving a damaged or defective product
Naturally, the "receiving a wrong product" procedure also applies to damaged or defective products. This must be reported to Bravo! Bargains within 3 business days after receiving the product. Bravo! Bargains will solve this free of charge by sending a possible replacement of the product, if available.
If you are not satisfied with your product
At Bravo! Bargains you have a trial period of 14 days for all your orders, starting the day after receipt by or on behalf of the buyer. You may view and/or rate the product within this period. After the trial period has expired, the purchase agreement is a fact. This applies to all products, unless stated otherwise in the product information on the website. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, you will have to return the product with all accessories supplied - complete and undamaged - (if reasonably possible) in the original packaging. You should always contact our customer service first to register the return and to receive the necessary return instructions. In this case, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Note: for wearable fashion products (such as clothing, footwear and accessories) additional conditions apply in addition to the trial period. Fashion products should only be worn briefly indoors to see if the products fits and suits you. If, due to various factors, we determine that the fashion product has been worn longer than reasonably necessary to assess it, this is not in accordance with the conditions and Bravo! Bargains reserves the right not to process the return.
